To add shipping methods, go to eCommerce > Settings > Shipping . On this page, you can view the currently available shipping options along with their main details. Each shipping method can be edited by clicking the "Manage" icon, allowing you to modify or delete existing methods. This page also provides the option to add new shipping methods.
To add a new shipping method, click " Add new shipping method ". A form will appear where you need to fill in specific information, such as:
- Shipping name - The name of the shipping method (e.g., Standard Shipping, Express Delivery, etc.).
- Price - The cost of the shipping method.
- Tax rate - Select the appropriate tax rate that will be applied to this shipping method.
- Cash on delivery (switch Yes/No) - Select whether this shipping method supports cash on delivery as a payment option.
Once you've filled out the form, save your changes to add the new shipping method. You can also edit or delete shipping methods at any time by using the "Manage" option next to each shipping method.
Extended shipping module
If you want to add advanced shipping methods, you should read about the Advanced Shipping module . This module allows you to create advanced shipping methods with multiple criteria, such as shipping based on conditions, product weight, destination, and other factors. By using this module, you can tailor your shipping options more precisely to the needs of your business and your customers.
